Under 20’s Graduates Go Out On Loan

East Kilbride Football Club can confirm that six of our Under 20's graduates will be going out on loan to further their development, and play competitive football.

All players have made their First Team debuts and impressed in their appearances, earning First Team contracts. With strict age restrictions in the Development League, and strong competition in the First Team, minutes are not guaranteed in what is a vital period in the young player's careers and development.

Assistant Manager, Bill Orr said " When we first came into East Kilbride, we were very impressed with the youth setup that The Club had in place. The Gaffer is big on developing youth players, and it's something we want to do even more so in the future.

"With this in mind, we are excited to see a number of the Under 320's graduates from last season - who have recently signed First Team contracts, continue their development by playing men's football at their respective loan clubs.

"We are very aware that player development doesn't stop once they finish Under 20's football, and these loan opportunities will give the players a platform to make a stake for First Team positions, on their return."

We will the players the best of luck during their loan spells.
